The MK Design Story
 

Michelle came to design quite organically when everyone she knew began to consistently ask her for design advice and help. She didn’t fully understand her talent until well after her first big project. Growing up around construction gave Michelle and eye for remodeling, and she will tell you that she is constantly reinventing spaces in her mind.

Raised by a contractor she comes to construction and remodeling quite naturally and thrives in that environment. She lives and breathes design and even lays awake at night re-designing floor plans and mulling over paint colors.

Michelle’s affinity for beautiful color combinations mixed with her love for bohemian and modern styles adds depth to all of her designs. Relying on both new and vintage pieces gives her homes texture and personality.
